We ask that you arrive 10 minutes earlier for your first appointment to fill in some paper work about yourself.

Care plans from your doctor - Medicare Rebates

An EPC is a doctor’s referral form that funds up to 5 visits in a calendar year across the services of Physiotherapy, Osteopathy Chiropractic, Podiatry, and Exercise Physiology. It is provided for patients with chronic, ongoing pain and conditions.
We no longer bulk bill for these services with the exception fo Chiropractic. Full-service payment is required, and then you will be rebated $56 back from Medicare.
.
Do you treat Workcover, DVA, NDIS, TAC?

Absolutely and more!

Please note:
DVA: A doctors referral is required for your first visit and then every 12 visits a new referral will be requested. No out of pocket fee.

• Workcover: After your employer has paid the gap required, we can then provide you will full costs covered by Workcover. All we need is your Claim number, case manager and we can organise this all for you.
Let us know if you are covered by any other third party and we can liaise directly with them for your payment.

Are there any concession rates available?

If you are a student or a pensioner we can offer you a discount on your consultation.

Do I have to pay on the day of appointment?

Yes, we ask that your payment is settled on the day of your treatment.

What happens if you are late for your appointment?

If you are more than 10 minutes we will ask that you reschedule your appointment. Be aware that the time late will be deducted from your allocated appointment time.

What is your cancellation policy?

A  cancellation fee of $50 will apply to any appointments missed or cancelled within 12 hours of a scheduled appointment.
