Adjusting the nervous system

Chiropractic is based on the assessment and function of the nervous system. Assessing the interaction between the nervous system and joints, muscles and organs. Chiropractors often find areas of poor function or restriction.

A Chiropractors goal is to remove these to allow the body to function optimally. This is done by a chiropractic manipulation or adjustment, which can be either cracking or non-cracking to suit the patient.

Combined with gentle soft tissue techniques, it is more than just  the spine but all areas of the body such as shoulder, hand, knees and feet.
