I started my journey in the health and fitness world over 12 years ago with a passion for helping improve the health and lifestyles of people in my local community.
Over the years I have improved my skill set to further help people with their health and wellbeing. Adding massage therapy and yoga instructor to my toolbox enables me to dive into the world of rehabilitation and recovery.
