Hello! I’m Jess, a newly graduated Exercise Physiologist at KWC. I have a bachelor in Sport & Exercise Science, and now my Masters in Exercise Physiology!
I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life achieve their health & fitness goals, with a special interest in working with individuals managing cardiac, metabolic, and orthopaedic conditions. Previously, I worked in residential aged care, providing exercise rehabilitation to older adults, with a focus on falls prevention and post-hospital rehabilitation.
I also have a soft spot for middle-distance running, having been a state champion and placing 3rd nationally in the 3000m during my junior years. My approach centres on delivering personalised care to empower clients toward healthier, more active lives.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my fur babies (I have two cats and two guinea pigs), propagating indoor plants, and staying active through running and hiking.”
